Our therapists provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space to help you achieve personal growth and emotional wellness, either in-person or virtually.
We work with all ages and address a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, grief, substance dependency, women’s health, and parenting challenges. Some of our therapists specialize in working with children and have expertise in developmental disorders and parenting strategies.

Bonnie McDaniel, M.Ed., LCPC, ASDCS
Bonnie is the owner and licensed counselor with over 20 years of experience in child development and therapy. Bonnie works with ages 5+is focused on helping individuals with a wide range of issues including ADHD, executive functioning, neurodiversity, women’s issues, parenting struggles, and trauma.
Tiana Santisteven, Ph.D., LCPC, CRC
Tiana focuses on teens and adults experiencing life transitions, grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, substance abuse and dependency, along with career and cultural stressors. Tiana has nearly a decade of experience working with veterans and military communities.
Melanie Long, LCSW
Melanie integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS) and evidence-based strategies to help clients navigate anxiety, trauma, grief, women’s issues, anxiety and depression, life transitions, and self-discovery. Melanie works with ages 12+ and specializes in working with couples, therapists and LGBTQ+
Janine Phan, LCPC
Experienced counselor focusing on grief, identity concerns, and couples therapy. Janine works with ages 17+
Melissa Gleason, LSW
Licensed social worker dedicated to helping manage grief, trauma, depression and anxiety and focuses on women’s issues. Melissa works with ages 8+
